These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the PADARMOR website, and your purchase of any keyboard case, cover, or accessory ("Products") sold by PADARMOR ("we," "us," or "our"). By placing an order or using our site, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our website or purchase our Products.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order with us. By using our site, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that any information you provide is accurate and complete.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to:

• Product or pricing errors on the website
• Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions
• Inventory unavailability after an order is placed

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise and are subject to change without notice. Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment providers; we do not store your full payment card details.

Estimated delivery times shown at checkout are approximate and not guaranteed. Orders over $80 qualify for free standard shipping; all other orders are subject to the shipping fees shown at checkout.

Risk of loss and title for Products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. PADARMOR is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs processing, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. To qualify for a refund, the Product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item
• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived defective or incorrect
• Final sale or clearance items may be excluded from this policy where noted at the time of purchase

PADARMOR cases are covered by a limited 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and hinge mechanisms under normal use. This warranty does not cover:

• Damage from drops, misuse, or unauthorized modification
• Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic scuffing
• Damage to the iPad device itself, which remains covered by the device manufacturer's own warranty

If you create an account with us, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

All content on this site — including the PADARMOR name, logo, product designs, photography, and site design — is the property of PADARMOR or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our prior written consent.

You agree not to use our website to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or another user's account
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information, including in connection with orders or returns
• Interfere with the normal operation of the website

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PADARMOR shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or Products, including but not limited to loss of data stored on a device used with our Products.

Our total liability for any claim relating to a Product purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for that Product.

You are prohibited from using the site or its content for unlawful purposes, to violate regulations or rights, to transmit malicious code, to collect others' personal information, or to interfere with site security.

PADARMOR shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or products, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in such cases, liability is limited to the maximum extent allowed.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PADARMOR and its affiliates, partners, employees, and service providers from any claims arising from your breach of these Terms or violation of any law or third-party rights.

If any provision of these Terms is deemed unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and enforceable.

These Terms remain effective unless terminated by you or us. We may terminate access at any time if you violate these Terms. Obligations incurred prior to termination will survive termination.

These Terms, along with referenced policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and PADARMOR and supersede prior agreements or communications.

Any ambiguities shall not be construed against the drafting party.
